About Us

Udaya Karnataka Art's & Cultural Trust

U.K Arts and Cultural Trust is a nonprofit organization established in the year 2017 in Bangalore. The purpose of our NGO is to cultivate an environment for the preservation and development of artistic and cultural expressions in India. Also, we provide slum children's health awareness programs, stage training, drama performances for orphans, information about professional jobs for women, a summer camp for children, etc.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to enable local communities to believe in their own abilities to bring about change by providing them access to basic healthcare, nutrition and education to live a healthy successful life and strive for a better society.

OUR MISSION

Our NGO has been to ensure fair and equitable access to quality health services for all, including the poorest sections of society, especially women, and children.




Our Programs

Nai Thippa Drama

We organized training for poor children in Bangalore. In this training four shows were prepared and staged for them called 'Nai Thippa'. From this training 25 children got information about theater and how to involve themselves in society in future.

Katha Kammatta

Katha Kammatta is a program to Introduce Kannada words through storytelling for children. Through this program we have reached 120 children in Bangalore Rural.
We have explained in detail how to write a plot in the form of a story and how children can write a story with their own hands. Children who wrote stories were honored with incentives.

Ranga kammata and drama performance for government school children

We organized Ranga kammata and drama performances for government school children in Bangalore Rural. 15 children from Sunkanahalli Government School were selected and conducted a free stage training camp for two months. We trained acting, stage song, stage dance, stage literature, composition of drama, prasada, and character introductions,
Along with this, we trained the play "Chivutadiri Manasugala" and created a stage for two performances.

Jnana Vigyan Entertainment

We have organized Jnana Vigyan entertainment for children of urban and rural and residential schools of government schools in Bijapur district. Visited 60 schools in Bijapur and reached 35000 children through this project.

Dram Show

We successfully conducted stage training camp and drama show for homeless (orphan) children, a stage play and drama show for government school children at Bangalore.

Awareness Program

In the district of Bijapur, about 35,000 thousand students of urban-rural and residential schools have been shown public awareness against stupidity and scams in the knowledge-science-entertainment section.

Amrita Mahotsava

Awareness work for slum children through education, health, and entertainment on the occasion of Amrita Mahotsav in Bangalore.
Our NGO has taken up 75 shows during Amrita Mahotsav.
